Making the grade

'Tis the season... for grades to come out and student athletes to be declared ineligible for their holiday games.

You knew about the Buckeyes... the number 3 and 4 WRs will not be in Pasadena.

Now it's the Ducks' turn- their speediest WR will also be watching from home.

The impact will be similar, in my opinion; both the Ducks and Bucks run first, run second, and pass when necessary.

I'm interested in what it is about receivers and grades- perhaps they're so fast the knowledge just can't stick to them? You'd think if anyone could catch the concepts it would be them...

You know, you’re right. I’ll chalk that one up to eggnog, and leave it at that.

Fixed it, though- he’s their burner, and we (unfortunately) know what happens when you lose your deep threat (see Gators, Florida).
