There isn’t a better choice than Mr. Troy Smith to take us into the final 10 days of the countdown. We haven’t seen Troy yet on the Top 25 Buckeyes of the Decade list, but you know he’s got to be on there. Where will he finish in the ranking? There are only a few spots left…
