Amidst the joy and adulation of Michigan’s new coach, it’s easy to lose the smaller things in the ticker tape and key shaking.
Things like the rumor that our favorite back up quarterback is not enrolled in classes this semester, which might be the harbinger to the transfer that we’ve been hearing about for a while.

Taking my talents to... well, somewhere else.
Again, these are just whispers in the wind at this point, but with speculation that Denard Robinson might also be transferring due to the new coaching philosophy, it certainly would put Coach Hoke in a deep hole to start his administration.
Although, it could also be that Tate has decided to avoid any possibility of future suspensions for grade related issues by forgoing classes all together. Savvy, that.
We’ll keep you posted…
UPDATE: According to Dave Brandon, Tate Forcier is no longer a Michigan Wolverine.
Alas, Poor Tater… I knew him well, Horatio…

Sad to see good ol’ Five-cier leave. We’ll miss his wicked turnovers.

I hope he transfers to a team that we’ll face in a bowl game someday.

Personally, I hope he transfers to Appy State.

I’m really REALLY hoping that his family releases a press statement on his transfer. That lineage is pure gold when it comes to those things.
In case the Forcier family is reading this, “lineage” means you and it’s pronounced “linn-ee-uhj”.

I heard Michigan made a trade for him and it wasn’t a transfer.
They traded Forcier for Brady Hoke. Straight Up.

[...] Best of luck, Tate… hope you experience the same successes that other transfers from the Rodriguez Regime did. [...]
