While Sam does play like a 7-footer, he lacks the body-mass to properly defend the bigger players down low.

On the other hand, no-one could beat the Buckeyes running up and down the court.

A bigger thing I’d like to see the team do is focus on getting back in transition defense. I feel like we give up a few too many points by getting caught flat-footed when the other team pushes the ball.

I firmly believe that moving Sam to the middle, (he plays like 7 foot) and starting Scott would result in one of the fastest teams in the country and would put an absolute animal in the middle. This, at the very least, would be an exciting experiment.
