Ken, I agree that we shouldn't get too excited about the team shooting well in one game, as I mentioned we've been teased earlier in the season about the team getting things going only to be disappointed. At the same time, the team shot really well to start the season, over 40% for most of the first half of the season. It is tough to say whether this game is a sign they are pulling out of their slump or just a blip.

I agree that the more important thing about this game was the balance. You can't ask for better balance than having pretty much even stat lines in terms of points, rebounds, and assists across all the starters and getting all five starters in double figures is always good. I would have liked to see more from the bench but considering how well the starters were clicking after being in a slump, I can't really blame Foster for not wanting to mess with things by going to the bench more.

Very good recap & analysis, Charles, thank you. The score against MSU looks familiar..

I'm not going to get too excited about the team shooting well in one game; we've seen that before. However, they did find the range, so that's encouraging.

The 'big' good news for me was the team balance in contributing to this win. All too often (to me, anyway) it seemed like it was 'Tayler Hill & Whoever Else May Show Up', but this game had beautiful scoring/rebounding/assist balance.

Hopefully this carries forward against Illinois.
