Ohio State University Buckeyes

The Buckeyes continued their slide in their loss to PSU on Sunday afternoon, 74-54. The OSU offense has been stalled by poor shooting (34%) and ball handling (16 turnovers/game) during this stretch. MSU has a strong inside game, so Adams/Moore/Blair need to bring their “A” games. In fact, the who team needs to get focused for Saturday. Frankly, this season is pretty much over, and the returning underclassmen need to shine brightly for Coach McGuff.

Wrap-up

Hopefully the week off will give the Buckeyes time to heal their physical and mental bruises. The Buckeyes need to figure a way to neutralize MSU’s Jankoska and Bell, who combined for 45 points and more effectively challenge 6’7” Madison Williams, who had 8 rebounds and 7 blocks in 19 minutes.
