It’s February and more importantly it’s national signing day for college football players and programs around the country. Take a break from following the updates of who faxed their letter of intent to whom and let’s hit some big topics. Who’s ready? Let’s rumble!

The Athletic O

Late Monday afternoon it was revealed that the Ohio State Athletic Department has revamped the Ohio State athletic crest. As with any type of change, opinions flew around Twitter and the blogosphere quickly and in large quantities.

It seems as though the overwhelming consensus is that the newly redesigned Athletic O is an atrocity. Despite there really only being one major difference between the old and new (the words Ohio State are filled in with black rather than being white and grey) people have gone off the ledge and are expecting the return of the Lord at any moment. Personally, I don’t get … [Read More]

Happy Leap Day!! Today’s the day our female readers can finally propose to that guy they’ve been chasin’ around.

Buckeye 411… Sort of

Where’s There’s Bullets, there’s a gun… and where there was a gun, there was Ray Small. Oh, and some weed and herion (hillbilly and otherwise)… you know kids. Yup, the dog house denizen and vaunted Lantern source revealed yet another hiccup in the thought process; and yet we wouldn’t be surprised if the person he threw under the bus wasn’t also one of the first to reach out to him. Ah well… Personally, I’m chalking this one up to Delayed Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Speaking of Bullets: Certainly seems as if Ohio State dodged a couple in the persons of DaVonte Neal and Stefon Diggs. First, the latter chose to weigh in on the state of racial and athletic endeavors regarding the
… [Read More]

There ain’t no thunderstorm bright enough, ain’t no rain storm long enough, ain’t no computer smart enough –to keep me from helping you weaklings! Week 1 is in the books, and though I finished sub .500 in the first week of our picks, I am spry and ready to prove that Week two is my week!

Okay, so finishing 4-5 wasn’t so bad in our first round of games. Considering TCU was a lock ( son of a). Notre Dame never loses in week one right?? (Fight this Irish) I thought Ducks fly together? I guess not when you spread em’ out in Dallas.

Breakdown of Week 1:

So just how ugly was it in the very first analysis for our panel? If your name starts with an E and ends with @tBBC then you’re smilin’ this week. If you’re the dope that writes this article, then you are … [Read More]
