		<description><![CDATA[<h4>Men&#8217;s Gymnastics</h4>
<p>1/19 &#8211; The No. 8 Buckeyes tied for second with No. 1 Illinois at the Windy City Invitational with a score of 427.750.  Second-ranked TSUN finished first with a score of 431.300. Misha Koudinov led Ohio State with a team-high score of 14.450 to finish seventh on the parallel bars.  Jeff Treleaven led them in floor exercises, scoring a 15.000 to finish seventh. He also a 15.150 on the vault to place second.</p>
<h4>Men&#8217;s Hockey</h4>
<p>1/18-19 &#8211; The Buckeyes dropped two games to Northern Michigan this weekend. On Friday, they lost 4-2 and on Saturday, 3-2. Tanner Fritz and Anthony Greco scored for Ohio State on Friday night while goalie Brady Hjelle finished with 28 saves.  On Saturday, Curtis Gedig and Max McCormick tallied goals for the Buckeyes while Hjelle had 18 saves.  Ohio State&#8217;s record is now 8-11-5.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[<h4>Men&#8217;s Ice Hockey</h4>
<p>12/28  &#38; 12/29 &#8211; The Buckeyes fell to the No. 5 Miami Redhawks by a score of 1-0 at the Three Rivers Classic on 12/28. OSU goalie Brady Hjelle had 25 saves in the game as the Buckeyes were shut out for the first time all season. Despite out-shooting Miami 29-26, the Buckeyes could not find a way to tie Curtiz McKenzie&#8217;s third period goal for the Redhawks. After the loss, the Buckeyes faced Penn State the next day (12/29) and fell 5-4. Sophomore Ryan Dzingel had his first hat trick for the Buckeyes in the loss, and goalie Collin Olson had 32 saves for OSU.</p>

<p>The men&#8217;s ice hockey team dropped a 3-2 game to Robert Morris on Friday night (12/7).  Max McCormick and Matt Johnson scored for the Buckeyes.  On Saturday (12/8), Ohio State rallied to tie Robert Morris 2-2. Devon Krogh and Craig Dalrymple scored for the scarlet and gray while goalie Brady Hjelle had 37 saves.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>Men&#8217;s Swimming &#38; Diving</strong></span></p>
<p>The No. 10 Buckeyes posted their fourth consecutive win at the OSU Invitational last Saturday. Ohio State finished with 1,306 points, followed by 5th ranked Florida with 997.5 points.  Shane Miszkiel led the way for the Buckeyes in diving, finishing the platform finals with a total score of 363.10.  Jason Schnur had three victories in the invitational, including a win in the 100 freestyle with a season best time of 43.31.</p>

<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>Spotlight on: Men’s Soccer</strong></span></p>
<p><em><strong>10/23/2012</strong></em> Despite a valiant effort, the Ohio State men’s soccer team was edged on Tuesday night by #3 Akron by a score of 1-0 at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium in front of 2,125 fans.</p>
<p>Reinaldo Brenes scored the game’s only goal in the 52<sup>nd</sup> minute off a rebound from a shot missed by teammate Wil Trapp.</p>
<p>The Zips edged the Buckeyes 18-14 in shots, and Ohio State was led by Chris Gomez’s three shots.  The loss dropped the Buckeyes to 6-9-1 on the season.</p>
<p>Ohio State will be back in action in Columbus on Sunday, November 4<sup>th</sup> against Wisconsin for Senior Day after playing at Penn State on October 28<sup>th</sup>.</p>
